"Absolutely love this brand and the CS has been great in terms of helping with order issues or shoe defects. However, we've tried multiple styles and have found that the shoe laces and edges of the shoes get worn down pretty quickly with daily use. So we are buying shoes every few months. The brand and zipper closure has eliminated sensory meltdowns and frustration with our son who has Autism, so we will still stick with this brand despite this issue"
