Where can I purchase your shoes? 
  • Retail Partners: Our shoes are available for purchase online and at select stores, which includes Nordstrom, Zappos, Kids Foot Locker, Finish Line, Scheels, Von Maur and a growing number of independents. We are always looking for more brick and mortar partnering opportunities.

  • Direct e-commerce: You can also purchase our shoes directly through billyfootwear.com e-commerce. 
Do you offer adult sizes? 
  • Absolutely! Adult sizes for both men and women come in the following sizes: 

    Men’s Sizes:  7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 13, 14.

    Women's Sizes: 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 11. 
I wear a women's size 8. Can I fit into the kid's sizes?  
  • Yes! The Big Kid Size 6 correlates to a Women Size 8.  The Big Kid Size 5 correlates to a Women Size 7.  And the Big Kid Size 4 correlates to a Women Size 6. 
What size are your kid styles?

Do you have width options?  
  • The shoes currently shown on our billyfootwear.com website are a medium width (M).  We are actively developing/designing wider shoe options. Men's EEE width shoes and Women's D width shoes will launch April 2020. Wider shoes in Kid and Toddler sizing will be available November 2020. 
Do you ship international? 
  • Yes! Outside of the US, we currently ship through our own e-commerce to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Bulgaria, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, El Salvador, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Uruguay.   • International shipping is expensive. The international shipping rates listed at check-out are the actual United States Postal Service (USPS) rates.

  • International shipments may be subject to custom fees, duties, or import taxes on the receiving end, which the customer will need to pay on delivery. These added costs are not included in the USPS shipping paid at check-out. These costs are imposed by the importing country's customs authorities. Each country handles foreign product different.

  • Nordstrom.com also ships international. Nordstrom is our only retail partner at the moment that ships to countries other than the US. 
Where do you ship from? 
When will my shipment deliver? 
  • Domestic Shipping — Deliveries to addresses on the West Coast will take a shorter period of time than deliveries to addresses in other parts of the United States. Standard Ground shipping can take 2-business days for West Coast deliveries and up to 7-business days for Alaska and East Coast deliveries. The Central States land somewhere in between.

  • International Shipping — During checkout, customers are given three United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping options:

    - First Class Package International (typically takes 7 - 21 business days to deliver)
    - Priority Mail International (typically takes 6 - 10 business days to deliver)
    - Priority Mail Express International (typically takes 3 - 5 business days to deliver)

    Note: USPS handles the package up to customs, after which the package is handed over to a courier within the receiving country. If you have not received your package within the expected time frame, your package is most likely still in customs awaiting your payment of customs fees, duties, or import taxes. 
  • For both domestic and international shipments, once our Fulfillment Team fulfills your order, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. 
Do your shoes accommodate Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFOs)? 
  • Customers who use AFOs have had a lot of success with our shoes, but unfortunately it is not a total guarantee. Folks with larger braces or who already have wider feet will not be able to use our current shoes because the shoes simply are unable to create enough volume inside to accommodate.

  • Despite popular belief, it is important to remember that our current shoes were not built specifically for AFO use. They were built under the banner of universal design, providing an alternative way to access entry into shoes, which is easier for everyone. The design inspiration came after company co-founder Billy Price broke his neck from a three-story fall and could no longer put his shoes on independently. There was nothing on the market that satisfied his needs, so he teamed with fellow co-founder Darin Donaldson and they decided to do something about it. The goal was to combine fashion with function—dissolve the line between adaptive and non-adaptive—and create mainstream shoes for the masses, yet still preserve the functionality for those that need it, like Billy. It turns out that the functionality that Billy was looking for also appeals to users of AFOs. And given the overwhelming response from the AFO community, BILLY Footwear is actively working to make their shoes more AFO friendly.

  • We plan to launch a shoe design in November 2020 that is specifically designed for wearing with braces, yet still be universal for mass market appeal. The shoes will be wider, deeper, and have an internal lining that is tear resistant, per customer feedback.
Will you offer boots? 
  • Yes! Boots are definitely in our plan. We have fashion boots in kid sizing available now (brown and black). We also have Cozy Boots available in kid and toddler sizing. Adult sizes will launch in November 2020.

  • We also plan to offer rain boots in the future. Our current target is 2021. 
Do you sell gift cards? 
Are your shoes machine washable? 
  • If you are to wash your shoes, we recommend spot washing by hand. We do not recommend putting your shoes in a washing machine.
How do I measure my feet to determine my size?

Can I order mismatched sizes? 
  • Yes! Please see the following video for the steps on how to order a mismatched size pair of shoes from billyfootwear.com.
I have one leg. Can I order just one shoe? 
  • Yes! Please follow the above video like you are ordering a mismatched-size pair of shoes. The only difference is you will only need to add a single pair of shoes to your cart before using the MISMATCHEDSIZE halving code. In the order notes, similar to the example in the video, be sure to let us know which shoe you need (right or left).
