    Where can I purchase BILLY shoes?

    Store Locations: BILLY shoes are available for purchase online and at select stores, which includes Nordstrom, Zappos, Scheels, Von Maur, QVC, Target, DSW, Kohl's and a growing number of independents. We are always looking for more brick and mortar partnering opportunities.

    When purchasing through billyfootwear.com, when does my credit card get charged?

    We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform. Shopify charges a customer's credit card at the time of purchase.

    Do BILLY shoes come in adult sizes?

    Absolutely! Adult sizes in both men's and women's come in the following sizes: 

    Men’s Sizes:  7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 13, 14.

    Women's Sizes: 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 11.

    I wear a women's size 8. Can I fit into the kid's sizes?

    Yes! The Big Kid Size 6 correlates to a Women Size 8 in terms of length.  The Big Kid Size 5 correlates to a Women Size 7 in terms of length.  And the Big Kid Size 4 correlates to a Women Size 6 in terms of length.

    Do BILLY shoes have width options?

    For Women's shoes, we carry a medium width (B), a wide width (D), and an extra wide width (3E).

    For Men's shoes, we carry a medium width (D), a wide width (3E), and an extra wide width (6E).

    We have medium (M), wide (W), and extra-wide (XW) shoes in Kid’s and Toddler sizing.

    We also have medium (M) and wide (W) athletic sport shoes in Kid's sizing.

    Does billyfootwear.com ship international? 

    Yes! Outside of the US, we currently ship through our own e-commerce to the following countries:

    International shipping is expensive. The international shipping rates listed at checkout are the actual DHL, FedEx, UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS) rates. Customers have the ability to confirm how much shipping will be by adding product to their cart and initiating a checkout. The shipping information will display prior to having to add any credit card information.

    International shipments are subject to custom fees, duties, and import taxes. For DHL, FedEx and UPS, these additional tariffs can be paid at checkout at the time you place your order. For USPS, these additional tariffs must be paid on the receiving end by the customer at delivery. These additional tariffs are imposed by the importing country's customs authorities. Each country handles foreign product different.

    When will my shipment deliver?

    Processing Time — Please allow 2* business days to process your order before shipping.

    * We are currently experiencing high online order volume so processing time is taking much longer than normal. We sincerely appreciate your patience.

    Domestic Shipping — Deliveries to addresses on the West Coast will typically take a shorter period of time than deliveries to addresses in other parts of the United States. Once shipped, Standard Ground shipping can take 2 to 3-business days for West Coast deliveries and up to 7-business days for Alaska and East Coast deliveries. The Central States land somewhere in between.

    International Shipping — During checkout, customers are given DHL and the United States Postal Service (USPS) as their shipping options. Once shipped, DHL Express Worldwide typically takes 3 - 5 business days to deliver. Once shipped, USPS First Class Package International typically takes 7 - 45 business days to deliver. USPS Priority Mail International tends to deliver faster than First Class, but not always. 

    Note: DHL handles packages door-to-door. USPS handles packages up to customs, after which the packages are handed over to a courier within the receiving country. If you have not received your package within the expected time frame, your package is most likely still in customs awaiting your payment of customs fees, duties, or import taxes. 

    For both domestic and international shipments, once our Fulfillment Team fulfills your order, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. For international, DHL tracking is much better than USPS. 

    Do your shoes accommodate Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFOs)? 

    Customers who use AFOs have had a lot of success with our shoes, but unfortunately it is not a total guarantee. Folks with larger braces or who already have wider feet may not be able to use some of our current shoes because the shoes simply are unable to create enough volume inside to accommodate.

    Despite popular belief, it is important to remember that many of our current shoes were not built specifically for AFO use. They were built under the banner of universal design, providing an alternative way to access entry into shoes, which is easier for everyone. The design inspiration came after company co-founder Billy Price broke his neck from a three-story fall and could no longer put his shoes on independently. There was nothing on the market that satisfied his needs, so he teamed with fellow co-founder Darin Donaldson and they decided to do something about it. The goal was to combine fashion with function—dissolve the line between adaptive and non-adaptive—and create mainstream shoes for the masses, yet still preserve the functionality for those that need it, like Billy. It turns out that the functionality that Billy was looking for also appeals to users of AFOs. And given the overwhelming response from the AFO community, BILLY Footwear continues to actively work toward making their shoes more AFO friendly.

    We have wider shoes in women's, men's, kid's and toddler silhouettes. The shoes for toddlers and kids in the D|R Collection have design components making them more AFO friendly, yet still incorporate universal design for mass market appeal. The shoes are wider, a bit deeper, and have an internal lining that is more tear resistant, per customer input.

    In terms of shoes made specifically for braces though, we have the Goat. Made in collaboration with Boston Orthotics & Prosthetics, our Goat AFO-Friendly Shoes have two removable insoles plus a removable wedge for extra depth. The shoes come in wide and extra wide, and have a durable lining, robust outsole, and short-wrap zipper allowing the toe to be reinforced.

    Do you offer boots?

    Yes! We currently have an assortment of boots in toddler, kid's, and women's sizing. Some of the kid's sizing goes up to a Big Kid 9, which correlates to a Men's 9 and Women's 11. 

    Do you have sales? 

    Yes! We typically have three clearance sales a year. One occurs in the Spring (March/April), one occurs in the Summer (July), and one occurs in the Fall (November). During these clearance sales, products are marked up to 50% off. Something to note, during these clearance sales, products that are marked down are being sold as Final Sale, meaning they cannot be returned for refund or returned for any kind of special exchange. The reason the marked down shoes can be sold at such deep discounts is because we are passing the savings from the return overhead on to the customer. As such, Final Sale items need to be just that: final sale.

    On occasion, there will be 24-hour Flash Sales on billyfootwear.com. These flash sales are typically advertised via text message so be sure to sign up for our VIP Text Club to stay in the know. 24-hour Flash Sales typically use discount codes. Products sold during 24-hour Flash Sales are not considered Final Sale; therefore, can be returned for refund per our return policy.

    Do you sell gift cards? 

    Yes! Gift cards are available under the Collections tab in the BILLY Gift Cards collection.

    Are your shoes machine washable? 

    If you are to wash your shoes, we recommend spot washing by hand. We do not recommend putting your shoes in a washing machine.
