I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
Item(s) may be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of delivery.

I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?
For assistance with returning a gift you received, please reach out to our customer service team at info@billyfootwear.com. Please note that in order to assist you, our team will need the phone number, first and last name, tracking number or shipping address of the person who gifted you the item. Typically, a return will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment. However, we would be happy to assist you with a gift return, and issue you a gift card for the return.
I printed out my label and misplaced it. How can I retrieve it again?
You can find a link to your return label in the return confirmation email you should have received after initiating your return. If you are still having trouble though, please reach out to our customer service team at info@billyfootwear.com.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It can take up to 30 days for your return to be inspected and processed for a refund once it is received at our fulfillment center. In certain circumstances refund time frames may be longer. Once your qualifying return is approved, BILLY Footwear will issue your refund. Depending on your method of payment, please allow the additional timeframe for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
- Debit or credit cards: up to 10 business days
- International cards: up to 30 business days
- PayPal transactions: up to 30 business days
- Shop payments: up to 20 business days
- BILLY Footwear gift cards: up to 24 hours.
Do your pre-paid labels cover international returns?
No, our return labels do not cover the price for international returns. To use our return labels, you must send your return from the United States.
I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?
An order made with a Gift Card as payment will be refunded back to an e-Gift Card for your convenience. New Gift Card codes will be emailed to your email address on file.
How do I return orders shipped in multiple boxes?
If you are returning an order that arrived in multiple boxes, please process a unique return label for each box you are returning. To ensure you receive the correct refund for each box, please verify the items selected for each return label corresponds to the items placed in each box.
I returned the wrong item by mistake. What do I do?
BILLY Footwear does not store items mistakenly sent to us. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to BILLY Footwear, contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee your item will be found, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to BILLY Footwear. BILLY Footwear has sole discretion over the handling and disposition of all items mistakenly sent to us.

How do I know my shoe size?
If you are unsure of your shoe size, you can always measure to help determine the answer. But because the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler or Brannock device® can only approximate your true shoe size. The sizing technique of the BILLY Footwear brand also takes foot circumference measurements into consideration when determining fit.

Absolutely! Adult sizes in both men's and women's come in the following sizes:
Men’s Sizes: 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 12, 13, 14, (size 15 some styles).
Women's Sizes: 6, 6.5, 7, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 11, (size 12 some styles).

Do BILLY shoes have width options?
For Women's shoes, select styles come in a medium width (B), a wide width (D), extra wide width (3E), and extra extra wide width (6E).
For Men's shoes, select styles come in a narrow width (B), medium width (D), a wide width (3E), and an extra wide width (6E).
We have medium (M), wide (W), and extra-wide (XW) shoes in Kid’s and Toddler sizing too.

Are there BILLY Footwear gift cards?

Do you do back orders?
No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock the BILLY Footwear customer service team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
Do you have a price matching policy?
No. We do not have a price matching policy.
Do you match prices if an item goes on sale after my purchase?

Do you offer Live Chat support?

How can I write a review on a product?
On any product page, scroll down toward the bottom of the page underneath the Customer Reviews title. You will see a button titled ‘Write A Review". Once you click on that button you will see a form you can fill out. Once complete, click tthe send button.
How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
There are a few ways to unsubscribe from any BILLY Footwear subscription list.
For SMS/MMS (text messaging), type STOP, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, or OPT OUT.
For marketing emails, scroll to the bottom of the received email and click on the unsubscribe link in the email footer.
Lastly, you can always reach out to our customer service team at info@billyfootwear.com to help unsubscribe you from whatever BILLY Footwear marketing correspondence you are receiving.
How do I use my Discount Code/Gift Card?
Place all of the items in your billyfootwear.com shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Under Your Payment Information, find the box labeled "Discount code or gift card". Enter your code in the box and click "Apply".
I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?
We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order. The selection on billyfootwear.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
Unfortunately, billyfootwear.com does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens. If you are looking at ways to get discounts though, subscribing to our VIP Text Club is a great way to get news of Flash Sales. Also, joining our Loyalty Program earns you points that lead to discounts.
The item I want is out of stock. What do I do now?
We are very sorry that the item you are looking for is out of stock. No problem though. With the out-of-stock variant selected, look for the button that says "Notify me when back in stock". When clicked, you can add your email address to a notification list and you'll then be notified when that particular product variant is available again for purchase.
Something to note, the notification list does not hold an item for you, and it does not obligate you to make a purchase so you are welcome to shop around while you wait. Items are available on a 'first come, first served' basis, so please make sure that you place your order quickly after the item is back in stock.
What is a BILLY Footwear Verified Buyer review?
A BILLY Footwear "Verified Buyer" review means we've verified that the person writing the review purchased the product from billyfootwear.com. Reviews that are not marked "Verified Buyer" are valuable as well, but we can't confirm that the product was purchased from billyfootwear.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to countries outside of the US. If you happen to encounter any trouble at checkout getting a shipping rate though, please reach out to us through our contact page. We may need to add your country to our system.
International shipping is expensive. The international shipping rates listed at checkout are the actual DHL, FedEx, UPS and United States Postal Service (USPS) rates. Customers have the ability to confirm how much shipping will be by adding product to their cart and initiating a checkout. The shipping information will display prior to having to add any credit card information.
International shipments are subject to custom fees, duties, and import taxes. For DHL, FedEx and UPS, these additional tariffs can be paid at checkout at the time you place your order. For USPS, these additional tariffs must be paid on the receiving end by the customer at delivery. These additional tariffs are imposed by the importing country's customs authorities. Each country handles foreign product different.
Do you have Guest checkout?
Yes. You do not need an account with BILLY Footwear nor on billyfootwear.com to checkout.
Can you add lifts to BILLY shoes?
Yes. If a lift needs to be added to a shoe to help with a difference in limb length, the BILLY shoes can accommodate. However, the BILLY brand does not have the setup to actually perform the task. Instead, please consult with a orthopedic shoe lift provider.
Are BILLY shoes machine washable?
If you are to wash your shoes, we recommend spot washing by hand. We do not recommend putting your shoes in a washing machine.

I received an email from what appears to be BILLY Footwear regarding an order I didn’t place. What should I do?
If you received correspondence regarding an order you did not place, it likely was not from BILLY Footwear. Do not share any personal information, click any links in the email, or respond to the email. Delete the email immediately.
This type of email is known as a phishing campaign. A phishing campaign is an email scam designed to steal personal information from victims. Cybercriminals use phishing, the fraudulent attempt to obtain sensitive information such as credit card details and login credentials, by disguising themselves as a trustworthy organization or reputable person in an email communication.

Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
No. At this time billyfootwear.com does not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.
What forms of payment do you accept?
There are a variety of payment methods on billyfootwear.com: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all credit card options. PayPal is also an option. When purchasing through billyfootwear.com, when does my credit card get charged?
We use Shopify as our e-commerce platform. Shopify charges a customer's credit card at the time of purchase.
Can I pay with multiple credit cards or gift cards?
A customer can checkout using multiple gift cards. A customer cannot checkout using multiple credit cards.
A customer cannot split an online order across two separate credit cards. Shopify's online checkout only allows one primary payment method (e.g., one credit card) per transaction. However, a gift card(s) can be combined with a credit card in online checkout. If the gift card doesn't cover the full order total, the customer can apply it and then pay the remaining balance with a credit card. But adding a second credit card on top of that is not supported natively.
