Perfect for people with lymphedema
"These work so well for my children that have lymphedema. The shoes (extra wide of course) fit over the top of their feet, which is where the most swelling is. They don't cause pain or make them uncomfortable even after wearing them all day at school. They're durable and machine washable. The zippers are also very durable. I would highly recommend this brand for any person that needs medical garments and honestly any parent whose children are hard of shoes, these bad boys are BUILT to last!!"

"We love Billy shoes, especially these sport inclusion ones that fit over our son’s SMO’s and AFO’s. However, he is a toe walker/dragger on his right foot due to his cerebral palsy so even these better quality shoes he gets a hole in them by the big toe within a month. This can become quite pricey for us to keep having to buy more, but the inclusive shoe for his braces is the only thing that works."

"I purchased these shoes for my 4 year old son to wear with his AFOs. They seem to fit very well and are easy to get on. I find that I prefer them over the GOATs that he has had in the past. Only complaint is I still struggle to keep the zippers fully up and have to re-zip the last 1/2"-1" multiple times a day. I think the billy shoes could benefit from some type of stay at the top to keep the zipper from unzipping when placed under pressure( ie. when the ankle is flexed)"
