BILLY Footwear Return Policy

Domestic Returns:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from billyfootwear.com you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Merchandise not returned in the original packaging or original condition may not qualify for a refund.

The easiest way for you to return the merchandise is to reach out to BILLY Footwear and get a pre-paid label.
Here are the steps:
  1. Reach out to BILLY Footwear by emailing returns@billyfootwear.com 
  2. In your email, be sure to include your name, delivery address, phone number, and order number so we can confirm the correct transaction.
  3. BILLY Footwear will then email you a return pre-paid label.
  4. Upon receiving your return pre-paid label by email, print out the pre-paid label.
  5. Place the merchandise you are returning in its original packaging (e.g. shoebox) and place it in a shipping box—ideally the shipping box the merchandise came in originally.
  6. Attach the pre-paid label to the sealed shipping box. Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. Cross out any old bar codes with a black marker.
  7. Drop off your labeled shipping box filled with your return items at any authorized UPS shipping location or USPS location, depending on the shipping carrier that coincides with the pre-paid shipping label. 
Most returns take 5-10 business days to arrive at our fulfillment center. Once your returned merchandise arrives at our fulfillment center, we will inspect your return, process it into our inventory and complete your refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Note: The refund will be for merchandise items only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Merchandise purchased through our retail partners are subject to the individual retail partner’s return policy.
International Returns:
International sales through billyfootwear.com have a different return process and do not qualify for free returns.
Here are the steps:
  1. Reach out to BILLY Footwear by emailing returns@billyfootwear.com to get a Return Authorization number.
  2. In your email, be sure to include your name, delivery address, phone number, and order number so we can confirm the correct transaction.
  3. BILLY Footwear will then email you a Return Authorization number. BILLY Footwear must provide you a Return Authorization number before you return merchandise.
  4. Place the merchandise you are returning in its original packaging (e.g. shoebox) and place it in a shipping box—ideally the shipping box the merchandise came in originally.
  5. Upon receiving your Return Authorization number via email, print out the email and include the printed email in the return shipping box along with the merchandise.
  6. Seal the return shipping box and mail it to:

Once your returned merchandise arrives at our fulfillment center, we will inspect your return, process it into our inventory and complete your refund. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
