At BILLY Footwear, we know that no two feet are exactly alike—and that’s why we’ve designed our shoes to allow depth adjustment fitting spacers to help you achieve a truly customized, pressure-free fit. Whether you’re accommodating unique foot shapes or making room for medical inserts, our system includes two EVA foam spacers—one 1/16" and one 1/8"—that can be placed under the insole to fine-tune the interior volume and depth of each shoe. It’s all about giving you the flexibility to dial in the fit that feels just right for your feet, so you can step into comfort with confidence, every time.

Shipping Policy: Our shipping policy identifies our shipping location, lists the shipping couriers we use, and outlines delivery expectations. For shipments going outside of the US, the policy also highlights the potential import tax on the receiving end from ordering foreign product.

Refund Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from billyfootwear.com you can return your item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn in the state you received them and in the original packaging. Merchandise not returned in the original packaging or original condition may not qualify for a refund.
Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns given they were sold at a clearance price.
